The Getty Conservation Institute in partnership with the City of Los Angeles, and with the participation of Amigos de Siqueiros, is presenting a series of public events to celebrate the conservation of the mural América Tropical by David Alfaro Siqueiros, and the opening of the América Tropical Interpretive Center (ATIC).  These events have been organized by the Amigos de Siqueiros, thanks to the generous financial support of Councilman Huizar, the Getty Conservation Institute, El Pueblo de Los Angeles Historical Monument, Wells Fargo Bank and the Weingart Foundation.
